Movers' Lounge enters it's 5th year in 2026 and is a free, invite-only (yet open and welcoming) monthly networking series held at the Grand Rapids Center for Community Transformation, intentionally located in the Southtown area of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The series is designed to bring together people from across sectors to build authentic relationships that lead to opportunity—particularly collaborative opportunities that foster belonging and equitable economic growth so that all Southtown residents can thrive and prosper for generations to come.  Food and drinks are complimentary for attendees.  DJ Monk Matthaeus and special musical guests provide the sonic landscape.  AllArtWorks Foundation provides visual art from their unique art gallery.  Each month is sponsored by a new organization, business, or a mixture of entities who support a thriving Grand Rapids for all.

Invitees represent a wide range of sectors, including:

• Funding partners (foundations, successful businesses, city and county government)

• Small business owners and entrepreneurs

• Arts and culture leaders and creatives

• Nonprofit organizations

• Community organizations and grassroots leaders

• Southtown residents
